Yesterday, the maid who helps run our home got tired of cooking Indian food. Learning Vietnamese has helped me empathise.
“Sorry. I will’nt come tomorrow. I not working for you.”
"Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself. They come through you but not from you, And though they are with you yet they belong not to you. You may give them your love but not your thoughts, For they have their own thoughts. You may house their bodies but not their souls, For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams." -Khalil Ghibran

What is wrong with this picture? Is there something wrong with Vietnamese food?
I don't understand, but I'll try. Vietnamese food is exotic and almost entirely non-vegetarian. It's difficult to change to exotic smells, flavors for every meal... but perhaps I'm just not trying.
Travel is trying.
true, who may you be?
lol. paavam. time to learn cooking maybe? or switch to meat eating? (ur bro wont love me as much as he does now, will he?)
snake blood, crocodile soup... very soon! it's easier to start with the carnivores.
